Per seat, per case, and nothing hidden behind a call
Two meters. A seat is a person who can act in the tenant. A case is a dispute case opened in the billing month. Everything else on this page is either included or explicitly not charged.
Prices are for a demonstration tenant and are quoted in United States dollars, billed monthly in arrears.
Operator
A single state operation running its own correspondence.
Per seat, month
$95
Per case opened
$1.40
Minimum
3 seats
Case management, statutory clocks and the full control set
Contract and disclosure generation with completeness validation
Charging for these would create an incentive to record less, and the whole product is an argument for recording more.
Audit entries
Unlimited, forever. A per entry price is a price on evidence.
Documents
Disclosures, contracts, cancellation notices and dispute letters are generated without a per document fee.
Exports
Signed exports, on demand or scheduled. Leaving is not a paid feature.
The sandbox tenant
Included on every plan, with the same control set as production.
Refused actions
A blocked billing attempt is not a case and is not billed.
Consumer portal sessions
A consumer reading their own case costs nothing.
The parts people ask about second
Implementation
A one time fee, quoted from the migration scope. The compliance review is priced separately because it involves your counsel's time as well as ours. See services.
Case fee timing
Charged when a case is opened, not when it closes. A case that runs across three billing months is billed once.
Seat changes
Prorated to the day, in both directions. Removing a seat in week one does not bill the month.
Term and renewal
Twelve months, renewing at the same rate unless we give ninety days notice. There is no automatic uplift clause.
Leaving
Thirty days notice. Your final signed export is generated on the last day of service, and the chain is verifiable after your access ends.
Overages
There are none, because there are no included allowances to exceed. The two meters are the price.
Pricing on this page is for software sold to businesses. It has nothing to do with what an operator may charge a consumer, which is governed by CROA and, where the operator sells by telephone, by the Telemarketing Sales Rule. In particular, no fee may be charged or received from a consumer before the service to which it relates is fully performed, and the platform enforces that regardless of how the operator prices its own work.
