Tenant implementation

Provisioning, migration and the dry run that finds what your templates are missing.

Duration: 2 to 6 weeks, phased by state. Priced from scope, invoiced on delivery of each named output.

Sequence

  1. week 1Scope confirmed. Sandbox tenant provisioned with your brand, your domain and your per state business calendars.
  2. week 1 to 2Template dry run. Contract, disclosure, cancellation notice and dispute letters through the completeness controls, producing a written findings list.
  3. week 2 to 4Migration rehearsal against a copy of your live data. Every clock reconciled to a start evidence document, or flagged.
  4. week 4Seat model, single sign on, and the enforced split between review and despatch.
  5. cutover dayLive migration, signed baseline export taken before the first live write, and a rollback point that is a real rollback point.
  6. week 5 to 6Hypercare. Two engineers on your channel, and the flagged cases worked down with your team.

What this is not

Scope is easier to hold when the exclusions are written down at the start rather than argued about in week four.

  • A data cleanup project. We will flag what cannot be reconciled; deciding what to do about it is yours.
  • A replacement for your counsel reviewing the templates the dry run produces.

It ends with: A provisioned production tenant, a signed baseline export, a migration report listing every flagged case, and the findings list from the dry run.
